Something obviously went wrong.

It's another scene that was cut from episode.

Edit: fixed minor errors.

_{According to the episode's writer, Amy Keating Rogers, Derpy's scene was originally longer and included a flashback that showed why town hall was in such a state of disrepair: during a bout of removing the lightning from thunderclouds, Derpy "bucked bolts" too close to the town hall and ended up damaging it.}

I just love this
I like the depth of this piece, it feels like it's taking place in 3d space as opposed to just a flat scene,
I also love Derpy's happy, completely oblivious expression and pose and Rainbow Dash's panicked flailing

You know why don't they just release the cut out part of the episode, family guy does it a lot so why can't we see on youtube what could have been in the episode?

My impression was that it was caught out in the final version because the episode got too long.
